    The Palm Springs Police Department recently arrested a Cathedral City man accused of assault with a deadly weapon in connection to an alleged road rage incident that occurred on June 30. Harvey Seno Lozada, 48, is accused of striking the victim in the head with a long metal object after following the vehicle into a parking lot in the 2100 block of E Tahquitz Canyon Drive at about 10 a.m. that day. According to police, the incident began when Lozada's BMW coupe pulled in front of the victim's vehicle and both drivers began swerving around each other.
