Stephen Piller, a scout master with the Minsi Trails Council of the Boy Scouts of America would walk out of the shower naked in front of the boys, wake them in their camping tents by molesting them and wrestled with them, his hands going places where they shouldn't, a criminal complaint filed Thursday alleges.
