    A body found floating in Lake Chabot Friday afternoon is believed to be a man who intentionally jumped in the water July 14, an East Bay Regional Park District spokeswoman said. The man was not identified as of Friday evening, but he appears to be a Hayward resident in his 20s who left a suicide note at home before jumping out of a boat, authorities said.
