    The New York Thruway is closed between Ripley and Dunkirk, Route 20 is closed in Dunkirk and Route 60 is closed from Cassadaga to Route 83, the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office reports this morning. Flooding was also reported in Brockton and Westfield following rains that started falling at about 12:30 a.m., according to dispatchers.
