Lundy announced Wednesday that his plan to build a meat processing facility has evolved into an idea for a much larger project: an agribusiness park on Route 3 outside of the city. Mr. Lundy, president of the Lundy Group of Companies, said he plans to build the proposed park, dubbed the Jefferson County Agribusiness Development Center, on a 150-acre plot adjacent to the Jefferson-Lewis BOCES, 20104 Arsenal St. The developer said the location would easily allow him to connect the park to existing water and sewer systems.
