Childers, 35, Carthage, was also given a two-year sentence on a separate charge of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, but that time will run concurrently. Joshua B. Ward, 39, of 710 Hancock St., was sentenced to three years prison and one year probation after pleading guilty to two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and one count of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
