Epps in exchange for receiving a consulting agreement involving the MDOC and its operations. According to the indictment, she received $5,000 a month as a consultant for AdminPros, LLC. The company was under multiple contracts with the State of Mississippi to provide medical vendor monitoring and Medicaid eligibility services to the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
