The creation includes a road grader from the late 1800s with a pair of signature Lowell Davis buzzards, the words Jasper County and the Route 66 highway shield, all made of steel. The Missouri State Highway Patrol says around 3 p.m Saturday afternoon, a group of motorcyclists were heading west on Highway 96 about six miles east of Carthage when 16-year-old Andrew Yoder of LaRussell failed to stop for a stopped vehicle as he was driving east on 96.
