    The Cartersville man who reportedly set two cars and two porches on fire using an alleged "flamethrower" during a pair of domestic disputes last week has been found and arrested, according to Bartow County Jail records. Randy Allen Weaver, of 587 Cedar Creek Road, Cartersville, was booked into jail at around 10:30 p.m. Saturday night and charged with two counts of first degree arson and two counts of second degree arson.
