    The coroner's office today released the names of two of three men who were killed when a car and a truck that had been involved in a crash were struck by a car on the 405 Freeway in Carson. They were Vladislav Cizmic, 26, and Thearin Ath, 34. The coroner's office identified the other man Friday as Richard Le, 31, of Long Beach.

    Three men standing outside vehicles following a crash were fatally struck by a car on the San Diego Freeway in Carson today, shutting down the freeway for hours, and a man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in connection with the accident, the California Highway Patrol reported. The men who were all pronounced dead at the scene were in their mid-20s to mid-30s, authorities said.
