Jeffrey Scott Townsend, 43, of Stonefort, Illinois was sentenced on Wednesday to 29 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections, 3 years mandatory supervised release, and ordered to pay $7,877 in restitution to First Southern Bank in Carrier Mills, Illinois.
