On the third full day - but the first workday - of Metro's second SafeTrack surge that will continue until July 3, the choke point stretches from the Eastern Market station, on the Orange, Silver and Blue lines, to the Orange Line's Minnesota Avenue station and the Benning Road station on the Silver and Blue lines.
