    CAPE MAY - Authorities in Cape May County have charged a man who has ties to the Bloods with dealing heroin in North Cape May. Corleon B. Riley was arrested Thursday allegedly in possession of about 70 bags of heroin in the parking lot of the Channel Apartments in Lower Township, according to Cape May County Prosecutor Robert L. Taylor. After his arrest federal and local authorities searched the 26-year-old's home on Gordon Terrace in the North Cape May section of town and found an additional 130 bags of heroin, drug paraphernalia and gun ammunition, Taylor said.
