According to a CCPD report, on July 21, on Southwest Pine Island Road, a white male, 30-40 years old, riding a maroon motorcycle with a cream stripe, pulled up in a lane next to the victim's car and pulled a black handgun from the front of his waistband and pointed it at the victim.
