The Riverside County District Attorney's Office filed a complaint charging Houston Michael Boji with one count of murder and an allegation that a firearm was used to cause great bodily injury and death in connection with the Nov. 10 death of Nicholas McCauley of Moreno Valley. Boji appeared in Riverside County Superior Court in Riverside, but did not enter a plea.
