St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Offiuce says on Friday around 4:05 p.m., deputies responded to a collision involving two cars and a buggy on Potsdam-Morley Road, just southwest of county Route 35. A vehicle driven by Cole Morehouse, 24, Canton was traveling southwest on Potsdam-Morley Road when he approached an Amish buggy driven by Mose Miller, 37, Lisbon.
