McGregor of 2257 state Route 420, Massena, for Oct. 6. St. Lawrence County Assistant Public Defender Daniel C. Ramsey acknowledged his client had accumulated a number of new charges in recent weeks, but he asked the court to release Mr. McGregor from jail.
