State police charged Ronald J. Joubert, of 173 Wallace Road, Norfolk, with second-degree burglary after he was accused of entering the residence of Angel Laplante and Dennis Mitchell Sr. at 181 Wallace Road in the town of Louisville and stealing a jar of change, several Playstation 3 video games, a set of wireless headphones and Fentanyl patches.
