    As the March 31 vote on a $33 million bond issue for Canton schools nears, district officials have determined what the impact will look like for taxpayers who just saw a slight uptick in taxes after a millage rate increase went into effect in October. Taxpayers with $100,000 homes will see, at most, an $89 increase per year hike should the bond issue pass, said Director of Finance and Business Jennifer Clanton.
