Thomas Paul Jeppesen, of Cannon Falls, appeared Tuesday in Goodhue County District Court, where he's been charged with second-degree burglary of a school, two counts of fifth-degree drug possession and possession of burglary tools, all felonies.

    Andrew Streiff was southbound on Highway 52 at Highway 19, when his vehicle veered off the road, struck a sign and rolled onto the four-lane highway, according to Minnesota State Patrol reports. Road conditions were described to be wet at the time of the crash, approximately 12:40 a.m. Streiff sustained non-life threatening injuries and was transported to Mayo Clinic Health Systems in Cannon Falls.
