Judge David D'Apolito of Canfield, in a county-by-county breakdown won in only Mahoning County, but it was enough votes to defeat Bartlett, who carried Columbiana County, as well as Belmont, Carroll, Harrison, Jefferson, Monroe and Noble Counties.
