    Canal Winchester teachers are getting the largest raise they've seen since 2007, under a new three-year contract that the school board approved Monday night. Teachers, nurses, counselors and other members of the Canal Winchester Education Association will receive 2.5 percent base-pay increases in each of the first two years of the pact, then a 2 percent hike in the final year.
