Ten women and six men will begin hearing the case against Veiovis, 34, of Pittsfield, who is facing three counts each of murder, kidnapping and witness intimidation in connection with the disappearances and deaths of David Glasser, 44, his roommate, 59-year-old Edward Frampton, and their friend Robert Chadwell, 47, who went missing from a Linden Street residence in Pittsfield in the early morning hours of Aug. 28, 2011.
