    Two men were arrested Oct. 28 and charged with using fraudulent and stolen credit cards to buy more than $2,800 worth of pre-paid Visa cards at a grocery store, a police report said. Lazaro Sopo-Lopez, 21, and Yuniel Quintana 28, are charged with felonies after an employee of the Safeway in the 1000 block of Willow Creek Road became suspicious "after the male subjects had successfully purchased seven separate pre-paid Visa cards totaling over $2,800," the report said.
