    Ruth Gaver, one of the defendants arrested in a March brawl at a Cottonwood Wal-Mart, will be allowed an hour a day outdoors at the Camp Verde jail, a Superior Court judge ruled Friday, Jan. 8. Gaver, 53, was arrested in connection with the fight between members of the Gaver family and Cottonwood Police, during which Enoch Gaver, 21, was shot in the head and killed during a struggle for an officer's gun. Enoch's brother, David, 29, was shot in the stomach and is now in custody.
