    Camden has placed a lien for unpaid property taxes on the downtown office building owned by disgraced former charity president Russell "Rusty" Brace. The lien for $12,395 was placed Aug. 28 on the Brace Management Group office building at 21 Elm St. because the first half of annual property taxes levied in September 2014 have not yet been paid.

Dr. Doreen Kendall said the doctors expect to open the offices at the new location on Oct. 1. She said Dr. McKim Peterson, the owner of the Rockport building, is retiring.
