    CALDWELL, NJ Birds in Caldwell will have a new place to visit this winter now that first graders at Lincoln School have installed some new bird feeders. Purchased with funds from the Alice Long Grant awarded by the Caldwell/West Caldwell Education Association to first grade teacher Carol Macken, the new bird feeding station was installed at the school on November 26. To welcome their fine-feathered friends, each first grade classroom now has a feeding station outside of their classroom window, providing the children with an opportunity to observe the birds up close, and the three different types of feeding stations encourage a variety of birds to visit.
