The violations include excess emission rates of natural gas, and failing to submit operational and compliance reports in a timely manner.

    Marjorie Lee Langston, 87, of Cabot succumbed to her injuries sustained in a crash at around 11:55 a.m. at the intersection of North Pike and Bonniebrook roads, according to a state police news release. The accident, described by the fire department as involving two passenger cars, happened when a car was attempting to make a left turn from Bonniebrook Road onto North Pike Road to travel southbound, according to police.
