Lyons who goes by the first name Rocky, was charged with allegedly assaulting a 15-year old girl at her home in Whitehall.

    The Humane Society of the United States will pay out a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest and conviction of anyone responsible for the shooting and killing of a $5,000 albino horse. The female quarter horse was in her corral, just north of Butte on Moulton Reservoir Road, when police say the horse suffered an intentional kill shot to the heart.

Police say Marozzo's car was stopped in the middle of the highway on I-15 in Silver Bow County toward Helena, just before Jefferson County. Police say when they approached the car, Marozzo was passed out behind the wheel.

During an air pollution alert folks are restricted from burning wood stoves. Only newer model EPA approved wood stoves and those with special needs are allowed to burn during an air pollution alert.
