Police said at the time three men were ejected in the July 29 crash near the Route 23 Automall in Butler -- the driver, Timothy Runo, 20, of Vernon; passenger Shane Lepore, 20, of West Milford; and Boes.

Ryan McNamee, 32, of Hanover, and Andrew Kirchner, 30, of Paterson, were under surveillance by investigators on Monday as part of a multi-jurisdictional investigation into burglaries in Morris and Union counties when detectives observed the duo burglarize a Butler home, Morris County Prosector Fredric M. Knapp, Butler Police Chief Ciro Chimento, Pequannock Police Chief Brian C. Spring, Hanover Police Chief Mark Roddy, Riverdale Police Chief Kevin Smith and Kenilworth Police Chief John Zimmerman said in a joint news release.
