    The sign for the proposed future site of Black Rock Bar & Grill still reads fall 2016, but the project has been pushed back a few months after the location has moved less than one mile away. The steakhouse was tabbed for the intersection of Lapeer and Irish roads in Davison Township, but the property was sold off and owners have shifted to the northwestern section of Irish and Court streets, north of Interstate 69. Lonny Morganroth, co-owner and operator of multiple Black Rock locations, said it was determined the new site was better suited for a plan to build the roughly 11,000 square-foot restaurant and 13,000 square-foot retail center.
