Susan Marschall will be taking a vacation in Prague next month, but she expects it will be a little different than the first time she was in the Czech Republic city.

    A Bloomington man who caused a fatal crash in Burnsville was sentenced Wednesday after he pleaded guilty to criminal vehicular homicide back in July. Twenty-six-year-old Neftali Paolo Ramirez was driving east on Minnesota Highway 13 in the early morning hours of Sunday, March 8, when he hit a Toyota Corolla that was stopped at the intersection of Nicollet Avenue and Highway 13. Police say alcohol was detected in Ramirez's system.
