    Police arrested a man on drug charges Monday morning, September, 25. Around 8:39 a.m., members of the Southeast Iowa Narcotics Task Force, the Burlington Police Department and the Des Moines County Sheriff office arrested 45-year-old Kelly Everett Mitchell on two Des Moines County warrants for delivery of a controlled substance methamphetamine. Police say the arrest warrants stemmed from an ongoing investigating dating back to March 2017.

Keith Giovanni Nash, 35, was arrested on Wednesday, August 13 after officers executed a search warrant at 1215 Patterson St. During the search, officers recovered U.S. currency, digital scales, packaging material, marijuana, a hand gun and over six ounces of crystal methamphetamine.
