    A Burbank man who mistakenly thought there was a warrant out for his arrest drove more than 100 mph to elude police after a traffic stop in Riverside, authorities said. Julian E. Martinez, 21, of the 7500 block of South Lockwood Avenue, was charged with felony aggravated fleeing and eluding, failure to signal, improper lane usage and speeding at 107 mph in a 50-mph zone, according to a news release from the Riverside Police Department.
