    New details have emerged in Saturday morning's fatal accident in Bunker Hill, as information about the driver's charges were released Monday. Clairesse Sharlene Felipe, 32, of Columbia, Maryland, was charged Saturday by Berkeley County Magistrate Robert Lowe II with two felony counts of DUI causing death, one misdemeanor count of obstruction, one misdemeanor count of aggravated DUI, one misdemeanor count of DUI causing injury, one misdemeanor count of crash involving damage to a vehicle, one misdemeanor count of failure to give information and render aid, one misdemeanor count of striking a fixture on a highway and one misdemeanor count of speeding.

    The trial for a man accused of stabbing another man five times during a Jan. 4 parking lot brawl is still on track, according to a Berkeley County assistant prosecutor. Daniel "Stacks" Thompson, 27, currently incarcerated at the Eastern Regional Jail, was indicted on five counts of malicious assault by Berkeley County grand jury in May. According to a magistrate court complaint, Thompson allegedly stabbed the man outside Stilettos, a bar located on Winchester Avenue in Bunker Hill.
