So we're in between the season ending, hiring of a new GM, waiting on new staffing announcements, draft talk, and "household chores", so I thought I'd add some conversation pieces to brighten our Wednesday afternoon: 1) Ville Leino didn't like his time in Buffalo. It appears that the budding fashion designer has created a hoodie with the title of "Jail" to describe his time in Buffalo.

Monday May 8 | Die By The Blade

Every year with the NHL draft lottery there comes the annual "Who is Bettman/NHL rigging the system for" conspiracy theories, "We're not really tanking", and "Tanking is unethical" chatter. I, much like all of you, am upset that the Sabres have fallen to 8th due to the machinations of a ping pong ball, as those never seem to fall my way - whether for the Sabres or my weekend drinking games.
