    A Massachusetts man suffered serious leg injuries when he failed to negotiate a curve on Harpswell Neck Road and struck a tree at about 5:20 p.m. Thursday, according to the Cumberland County sheriff's office. Eric Finnerty, 26, of Milton, Massachusetts, was driving a 2013 Nissan Versa at a high rate of speed and arguing with passenger April Roseboro, 20, of Brunswick when he left the road in the area of 1327 Harpswell Neck Road, according to a news release issued Friday.
