    The Brunswick-Glynn Land Bank Authority voted Monday to approve a draft agreement to work with the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation to find a buyer for a historic downtown Brunswick home. Pending any changes to the agreement from the city's attorney, the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation, which is based in Atlanta, will take over marketing and advertising for the sale of the house, located at 1315 Union St. "The Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation typically does this in communities," said John Hunter, city planner.
