According to CDOT, Longmont police arrested seven drivers, the Boulder County Sheriff's Office arrested one driver and CU Boulder police arrested four drivers.

The brown booby, a native of much different climates, has been accepted as the 501st bird species recorded in Colorado. Mark Peterson, of Colorado Springs, chairman of the Colorado Bird Records Committee , confirmed the bird's acceptance by email on Thursday.
