    A 16-year-old suspect, arrested last year for his suspected involvement in a murder, is in custody for a fatal Thursday night shooting at Brooksville Garden apartments on Everglade Avenue near West Side Park. Oktibbeha County Coroner Michael Hunt confirmed 20-year-old Deontay M. Rogers was pronounced dead after he was admitted to OCH Regional Medical Center at about 9:21 p.m. A Friday morning press release said Starkville Police Department arrested 16-year-old Tomas Bradford, of Starkville, Thursday night after the shooting.
