Rubin Schron's Cammeby's International - the developer that bought up the properties at 532 Neptune Avenue and 626 Sheepshead Bay Road - and Brooklyn-based Renaissance Realty Group sold the property to an LLC called 2701 Emmons Avenue Project, which is operated by Elliot Meisenberg, according to Commercial Observer.
