    Police in Lancaster County have charged two Brooklyn, NY men with stealing thousands of dollars' worth of keys and key fobs from Manheim Auto Auction on Friday. Members of the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department took two men - 25-year-old Baqar Tsiklauri and 23-year-old Mikheil Patashuri - into custody for the thefts of 23 key fobs worth $7,596.
