    Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating after a Broken Bow teen was killed in an early morning wreck Saturday. Dalton Compton died when his Chevy Silverado went off the road on U.S. Highway 70 just north of Idabel in McCurtain County around 4:30 a.m. Compton, 18, was thrown from the truck and pronounced dead at the scene.

Haworth's board member and town board trustee Steve Carter says mechanical problems prevented the connection between Idabel's system and Haworth's, after the Broken Bow gravity pumps flooded and failed early Monday.
