The Oklahoma City district - the state's largest - announced $10 million in cuts Tuesday that include delaying textbook purchases, eliminating funds for student tests such as the SAT and PSAT, reducing elementary school supply budgets, delaying athletic equipment purchases, reducing adjunct coaching positions and suspending travel that isn't federally funded.
