    A Mahoning County grand jury last week handed up 25 indictments, including multiple felony charges against a Bristolville man who is accused of beating up his girlfriend last month at an Austintown motel. Molder C. Belden, 38, 5937 N. Park Ave., was indicted on charges of kidnappping, abduction, felonious assault and a misdemeanor of domestic violence.

    The Mahoning County Grand Jury handed up an indictment on Thursday charging Molder Belden, 37, with kidnapping, abduction, felonious assault, and domestic violence. The woman tells police she and Belden were drinking at Hollywood Gaming before heading back to their room at the Comfort Inn on February 14. According to a police report, Belden became upset and hit her several times in the face and choked her almost to the point of unconsciousness.
