    A man found dead in his car at a rest stop off I-95 Sunday night has been identified as Robert Kinslow, of Bristol, Pa., Pennsylvania State Police said. Kinslow, 60, was found by a maintenance worker around 7:45 p.m. at the southbound rest area in Lower Makefield, Lehigh County, police said.
