    A Delta woman was arrested after troopers say she led them on a chase through Box Elder County with her six children in her car. About 11:25 p.m. Wednesday, a Utah Highway Patrol trooper near Perry saw the woman slowly driving north on Interstate 15 in a Dodge Avenger that seemed to have a flat tire.
