    A Brigham City woman was booked into the Box Elder County Jail on Wednesday after a search warrant executed on her residence uncovered a host of drugs and paraphernalia. A press release from the Box Elder Narcotics Strike Force said complains about suspicious activity at the home of Penny Soto, 57, prompted further investigation and resulted in a "knock and announce" search at the Brigham City residence by the Strike Force, assisted by the Box Elder County Sheriff's Office, Brigham City Police and Adult Probation and Parole.
