    BRIDGEWATER - A judge has reversed a school board's decision in Somerset County that determined a 7-year-old girl bullied another girl who had a speech impediment. Administrative law Judge Joseph Ascione ruled last month that the school bus incident involving Crim School students in Bridgewater be removed from the school record of the 7-year-old, only identified as A.L. in the court documents.

    MADISON - Pharmaceutical giant Allergan has moved its headquarters to the Giralda Farms office park in Madison, as part of a move that's estimated to keep 1,500 jobs in New Jersey and create 300 more full-time positions. The company behind Botox received more than $58 million in state incentives as part of the Grow New Jersey program, and will consolidate its other New Jersey facilities in Parsippany, Bridgewater and Jersey City, bringing 1,800 employees to its new headquarters, Allergan said in a news release.
