    A woman is facing a series of charges after being busted with drugs near a Route 22 gas station in Southeast. Putnam County Sheriff Robert Langley, Jr. announced the arrest of Brewster resident Bernadette Mullen, 24, who is facing two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of marijuana following a stop for violating vehicle and traffic laws.
