The deputy sheriff pulled over a vehicle on Route 22 in Patterson that allegedly committed a traffic violation Tuesday, Nov. 20. Upon further inspection, the deputy learned that the vehicle's driver, 40-year-old John Covias, had a suspended license in addition to two active warrants out from the Duchess County Sheriff's Office.
